Since 1964 in Vic
La Casa Dels Fuets was born in 1964 in Vic, driven by a long family tradition. A passion for nature and livestock fueled our devotion to crafting artisanal cured meats for over 50 years, generation after generation of the Cabanas family.
Vic is known as the capital of longaniza and fuet. That is why all our efforts and dedication are focused on expanding and continuing to honor our land through the traditional craft of making artisanal cured meats.
Production Process
The production and curing process of our products is designed to ensure optimal preservation and consumption. We start with the base of longaniza de payés de Vic and natural fuet. From there, we craft our fuets by coating them one by one with natural ingredients such as spices, vegetables, and more.
